You need:

- 8 ice cubes
- 2 oz (6cl) of white rhum
- 2 oz (6cl) of coconut cream
- 4 oz (12 cl) of pineapple juice
- a blender
Preparation:
- in a tall glass or directly in the blender put all the ingredients
- blend until the ice is completly crushed
- serve slowly to preserve the mousse.
