ALEXANDER


Elegant, tasty and a perfect digestive!



You need
(for one glass)


  • a cocktail glass
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 oz (6 cl) of Cognac or Brandi
  • 1 oz (3 cl) of cacao cream
  • 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) of liquid cane sugar
  • 2 oz of milk
  • a shaker
  • a cocktail glass
Preparation

  • Put in the shaker the ice cubes
  • Add in the Cognac, the caco cream, the liquid cane sugar and the milk
  • Shake for 10 seconds
  • Serve the 3/4 in the cocktail glass whithout adding the ice cubes
  • Then stir the rest in the shaker in order to keep the creamy aspect
  • Finish to serve in the cocktail glass
  • Add a touch of nutmeg powder on the top
Taste it now!!
